As part of our Safety Month activities, the OMS Singapore team embraced the spirit of camaraderie and well-being with a team hike at Bukit Timah Nature Reserve on 14 February 2025.
The hike was more than just a physical challenge—it was a meaningful opportunity for team bonding, resilience, and mutual encouragement. As we made our way up the hill, we reflected on the importance of safety, teamwork, and looking out for one another.
The journey ended on a heartwarming note as the team gathered over prata and teh tarik, sharing laughter and conversations that strengthened our connections beyond the workplace.
At OMS, we believe that safety is not just about procedures—it’s about fostering a culture where we support and care for each other, both at work and beyond.
